Fitness ke liye calorie ki avashyakta:

In mein ghar ke khane ki Apeksha Adhik Matra me calorie hoti hai.Jis wajah se Sharir Mein vasa ki Matra badhti hai.aur Sharir ko Mota Pa ghere leta hai.

Udharan ke liye ek Roti me 0.56 gram vasa ki Matra hoti hai. Jab ki pizza ke Ek Tukde Main 10 gram Vasa ki Matra hoti hai. Pizza Mein Adhik Matra me cholesterol rehta hai wahi Roti Mein Iski Matra suny hoti hai.

4. ‎ bhojan Sahi Samay par karna chahiye:- kai bar Tohar ke Samay Jyada matra me rasgulle ya grist bhojan karne par logo ko lagta hai ki Jyada calorie wala bhojan Ho Gaya is Karan ve Ek Samay ka khana Chod dete hai. Aisa Karne Se Hamare sarir par nakaratmak Prabhav padta hai.

koshish Kare Ki Aap Jo bhi kha rahe hain. wo sahi Matra me ho aur Sharir par us bhojan Ka nakaratmak Prabhav Na Ho aisa bhajan karna chahiye.Aisa karne se sarir me Vitamin व khanij ki Kami hone ki Sambhavna kam ho jati hai.

5. ‎ Aise Badhti hai calorie:- Yadi aap ka tala bhojan Karte Hain.To usme calorie ki Matra bad Jati Hai.Jaise Sada Roti Main Agar Ghi Laga Denge toh usme calorie ki Matra but Jayegi, ya Roti Ki Apeksha Puriya kehte hain To isme calorie Adhik Matra me Hogi.

Isliye Adik tala bhojan karne se bachne ki koshish kare. Sada bhojan karna chahiye. Jesse dal, hari sabji, roti, paneer etc Jisse Sharir fit rehta hai.

6. Calorie kahan se Aati Hai:- Calorie ke liye fruit Jaise save, Ande, Kele,juice pizza, Mas machli, bread, etc Adi jeje khane se sarir me calorie Aati Hai. Yeh Sab sarir Ko Fit rakhti hai aur Motape ko Dur karti hai.
