Dude Si poore Sharir Mein Raat Ka Sanchar sahi ho jata hai Aap Kardiyo, treadmill Zumba dance aur power yoga kar sakti ho, aap Chahe toh ghar par bhi Halki phulki exercise kar sakti hai!

KHAN PAAN KA RAKHE DHYAN

Pregnancy ke baad mahilaon ko apni Khan paan ka pura khayal rakhna chahiye. Tala Bhuna khana Chakkar aur Maida se bani chije khane se parhej karna chahiye. iski bajay falo ka Sevan karna chahiye. falo ka juice Peene ki Bajay sidhe inhe khana chahiye. Aapko preserved food nahi khana chahiye Basi bhojan se bachna chahiye. Bouke Rehne Ke Baje poora Din Mein beech Beech Mein Khathe Rehna chahiye. Is Se motapa badhane lagta hai! iski Baje mahilaon ko santulit khana Lena chahiye apni portion Ka Dhyan Rakhna chahiye.Uske Allawa Mahila sochti hai ki pregnancy ke baad lagatar Aaram zaroori hai, jabki mahilayen 15 se 20 din baad physical activity kar sakti hai! Mahila jitni jaldi Samanya hogi, Itna he fayda hoga! mahilaon ka Sharir cophi majboot Hota Hai! Har Mahila fit Shakti Hai, bas Thode Se motivation ki jarurat hoti hai!
